1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

• Booking details — your name, email, the question or intention you share, and your chosen time. We use them to deliver the service you booked (performance of a contract).
• Payment details — processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number (performance of a contract, legal obligations for accounting).
• Messages — if you email us, we use your message to reply (legitimate interest).
• Advertising measurement — only if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records visits and booking steps so we can measure our ads (consent).
• Cookieless analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you (legitimate interest).

3. Who processes your data

• Cal.com — booking and scheduling.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel, only with your consent.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Our email provider, to send your readings.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking records and readings for up to 2 years so you can ask follow-up questions, and accounting records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier where the law allows.

5. Sensitive information

Please do not share health information or other sensitive personal details in your question. We do not read on health topics.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (use "Cookie settings" in the footer). You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Slovakia the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, or the authority where you live.

7. Age

Our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
